The company Șantierul Naval Mangalia S.A., located in Mangalia, Intrarea Portului Street no. 1, Constanta County, CUI RO14325290, organizes the selection of offers for the award of the contract for the evaluation of 7 (seven) rooms in the CMZ Dormitory, which are in the patrimony of the company, and the preparation of the evaluation report on the market price for sale.
The appraisal report should be made highlighting the results for each room, the conclusions and the total market value of each room including the value of the undivided share of the land, the share of the common parts of the building and the value of the improvements, where applicable.
The documents will be prepared in compliance with the ANEVAR Appraisal Standards in force and with the norms of the Code of Ethics of the profession of authorized appraiser.
The tenderer must be a corporate member of ANEVAR - National Association of Evaluators in Romania, with authorization valid 2023.
Estimated value: 3.500 lei, excluding VAT.
