The company Santierul Naval Mangalia S.A. offers for sale, through a CLOSED AUCTION, in accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 88/1997, as amended and supplemented, Law no. 137/2002, as amended and supplemented, Government Decision no. 577/2002, as amended and supplemented and Law no. 346/2004 on stimulating the establishment and development of small and medium enterprises, as amended and supplemented, the following 7 rooms in the CMZ Dormitory, located in Mangalia, bdul 1 decembrie 1918, no. 1, Constanța county:

The starting price does not include VAT.

The presentation file can be purchased daily at the headquarters of the company ȘANTIERUL NAVAL MANGALIA S.A., Intrarea Portului Street No. I, Mangalia, Constanta County.
The offer for sale at auction is addressed to :
I. SMEs first auction will be organized on 12.09.2024, at 10:00 a.m.
II.Individuals and legal entities - in case of failure of the first auction, an open access auction will be organized on 24.09.2024, at 10:00 a.m.
The payment of the participation fee (300 lei + VAT), of the tender participation guarantee (10% of the starting price) and of the presentation file (100 lei/active presentation file + VAT) will be made by OP in the account R083 BRDE 140S V068 9098 1400 opened at BRD Mangalia.
In order to participate in the auction it is compulsory to purchase the Presentation File.

Potential buyers shall submit in a sealed envelope, the documents of participation, at the headquarters of the company ȘANTIERUL NAVAL MANGALIA S.A. in Mangalia, Intrarea Portului Street No. 1, until the deadline specified in the offer for sale, as follows:

I. For the tender of 12.09.2024 SMEs , shall submit the sealed envelope with the tender documents by 10.09.2024, 14:00.
The result of the SME tender will be published on the company's website: vvwww.snmnngalia.ro on 16.09.2024.
II. For the open access tender on 24.09.2024, natural and legal persons shall submit the sealed envelope with the participation documents no later than 20.09.2024.
The open access tender will be organized in case of unsuccessful SME-only tender.
