Santierul Naval Mangalia SA organizes on 17.10.2024, 10:00, public tender with sealed bids for the recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap resulting from the dismantling of military specific movable goods from military vessels.
The deadline for submission of tenders and accompanying documents is 15.10.202414:00in a sealed envelope to the registry of the contracting authority Santierul Naval Mangalia SA (former military shipyard), str. Intrarea Portului nr.1, Mangalia, Constanta County. The procedure for submitting the tender is described in the Specification - chapter IX.
The conditions for participation and qualification for the public tender procedure with sealed bids are set out in the tender documentation. The specifications, the forms, the contract of sale and the contract for the provision of dismantling services are made available free of charge by the contracting authority and published on the company's website: www.snmangalia.ro
Estimated value (starting price):
- Minimum purchase price for recoverable ferrous and non-ferrous scrap (estimated quantity): RON/lot excluding VAT
- Maximum price accepted by the beneficiary for dismantling services (estimated quantity): RON/lot excluding VAT
Criteria applied for award : Highest bid difference between the price at point A/lot and the price at point B/lot.
Tender deposit: 22.344,00 lei
Participation fee: 500 lei including VAT.
