According to Art. 5 (2) of Law 544/2001, public authorities and public institutions are obliged to publish and update annually a newsletter containing information of public interest. We want this newsletter to be a real source of information for all interested persons.
Art. 5
(1) Each public authority or public institution is obliged to communicate ex officio the following information of public interest:
a) normative acts regulating the organization and functioning of the public authority or institution;
b) the organizational structure, the attributions of the departments, the operating schedule, the hearing schedule of the public authority or institution;
c) the names and surnames of the persons in the management of the public authority or public institution and of the official responsible for the dissemination of public information;
d) the contact details of the public authority or public institution, namely: name, registered office, telephone, fax, e-mail and website addresses;
e) financial sources, budget and balance sheet;
f) its own programs and strategies;
g) the list of documents of public interest;
h) the list containing the categories of documents produced and/or managed, according to the law;
i) how to challenge the decision of the public authority or public institution in case the person considers himself/herself aggrieved with regard to the right of access to the requested public interest information.
