About personal data protection
As required by REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 on protection of individuals as regards processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and which will apply from May 25, 2018, Șantierul Naval Mangalia S.A. is obliged to process in secure conditions and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide us with about yourself, a member of your family or another person in your household.
Aim
The purpose of data collection is statistical. The data requested in the forms are also necessary to obtain official information in order to be able to identify and register your requests, with the proviso that if the questionnaire contains both mandatory and optional subjects, your obligation to answer only concerns the mandatory subjects.
Also in case you do not want to reveal your identity you can fill in the online form with anonymous data. We will treat them with the same importance.
Data use
The recorded information is intended for use by Șantierul Naval Mangalia in order to fulfill its obligation as a service provider. The data provided by you in accordance with the statistical legislation in force are subject to processing and dissemination in aggregated form, in a form that does not allow further identification of the person.
You have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:
- right to information;
- the right of access to data;
- the right to rectification;
- the right to erasure ('right to be forgotten');
- the right to restrict processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to opposition;
- the right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision;
- the right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
- the right to go to court
