According to art. 5 (2) of Law no. 544/2001, public authorities and institutions are obliged to publish and update annually an information bulletin containing information of public interest. We want this newsletter to be a real source of information for all interested persons.
Art. 5
(1) Each public authority or public institution is obliged to communicate ex officio the following information of public interest:
a) normative acts regulating the organization and functioning of the public authority or institution;
b) organizational structure, departmental tasks, operating program, hearing program of the public authority or institution;
c) the names and surnames of the persons in the management of the public authority or institution and the clerk responsible for public information dissemination;
d) contact details of the public authority or public institution, namely: name, headquarters, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address and website address;
e) financial sources, budget yes balance sheet;
f) programs and strategies own;
g) list containing documents of public interest;
h) the list containing the categories of documents produced and/or managed, according to the law;
i) how to appeal of the decision of the public authority or public institution in the situation where the person considers himself/herself aggrieved with regard to the right of access to the requested information of public interest.
