Intrarea Portului nr.1, Mangalia, Constanta, Constanta County, telephone 0241 751132, fax 0241 751259, offers for sale, by OPEN ENTRY BID, with FREE ACCESS, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 137/2002, with subsequent amendments and additions, and HG no.577/2002, with subsequent amendments and additions, the following 9 rooms of the CMZ Dormitory, located in Mangalia, bdul 1 decembrie 1918, nr.1, jud.Constanța:

Bid step: 5% of the bid price of each asset;
Participation guarantee: 3% of the offer price of each asset;
Auction fee for each asset: 300 lei, plus VAT;
The award procedure applied is a competitive tender, i.e. an open call for competition, i.e. at an ascending price starting from the offer price, it is an open access tender
Payment method: full payment
The presentation file of each asset can be purchased daily between 08.00-15.00, for a fee, at the company's head office from 26.07.2019. The price of the presentation file for each asset is 100 lei excluding VAT.
The payment of the PARTICIPATION FEE, of the PARTICIPATION GUARANTEE and of the SUBMISSION FILE, will be made by payment order, in the account RO83 BRDE 140S V068 9098 1400 and split VAT RO04 BRDE 140T VA67 5829 8140 opened at BRD Mangalia or at the company cashier's office.
In order to participate in the auction it is mandatory to purchase the Presentation File.
The documents required to issue the Presentation Dossier for each asset are :

  1. Authorization from the tenderer for the person picking up the file.
  2. Identity card or passport of the person picking up the File.
    To participate in the auction, potential buyers must submit, in a sealed envelope, at the headquarters of S. Santierul Naval Mangalia S.A. (the Company), str.Intrarea Portului nr.1, Mangalia, the documents for participation, specified in the Presentation File, until 23.08.2019, 14.00, this deadline is a forfeiture deadline.
    The opening of the envelopes with the Tender Documents will take place in the presence of all the bidders on 26.08.2019, at 9.00 a.m., at the company's headquarters.
    Verification and analysis of the tender documents will be carried out until 26.08.2019, 13.00, when the list of accepted bidders will be drawn up and posted at the company's headquarters.
    The auction will take place on 26.08.2019 and 27.08.2019, at the company's headquarters, as follows:
    On 26.08.2019, at 14:00, will be held the hearing of the call for bids for the rooms no. 310,122A,211;
    On 27.08.2019, at 10:00 a.m., there will be a call for bids for rooms 319,321;
    On 27.08.2019, at 12:00 noon, there will be a call for bids for rooms 103,312.
    On 27.08.2019, at 14:00 a.m. will be organized the hearing of the call for tenders for the rooms no.302,118.
